Privacy

We collect the information you submit through our forms and checkout: your name, email, business details, project answers, and the files you upload. We use it to deliver your website project and to reply to you. Payments are processed by Wix secure checkout; we never see or store your card details. We never ask for passwords. Website access is shared through Wix collaborator invitations.

Service terms

• Package fees are paid in full before production begins.
• Wix plans, domains, paid apps, and third-party subscriptions are separate costs you pay directly.
• The production timeline starts after payment, accepted scope, a complete intake, and all required assets.
• Included revision rounds cover one consolidated feedback list each, within the approved scope. Additional work is quoted and approved before it begins.
• Launch and Signature include 14 days of defect-correction support after launch.
• Refunds: If we don’t deliver your first draft within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your complete intake and materials, you can request a 50% refund of the package fee.

Accessibility

We design for readable text, keyboard access, visible focus, and sufficient color contrast, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work. If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us and we’ll help.
